This project involved alterations, additions and improved facilities to an existing showroom for Bridgeland Motor Cycles at Murray Bridge. The showroom was completely renewed and modernised, the mechanical workshop was upgraded and new toilets and offices were created.
The original structure was a light weight steel construction (easy built style) which required stabilising with new structural steel and a new frame system. We created new facades to disguise the old building and in the new car park, a new water detention system. The biggest challenge was allowing the business to remain fully operational during the construction works. This was achieved by careful planning and constant dialog with the client.
A good outcome for all, the client experienced minimum disruption and the project was completed on time and within budget.
